Jan. 30, 8pm: lyrical but avantational trumpeter Kris Tiner Trio with bassist Miller Wrenn and drummer Tina Raymond, truly musical players; opening is Seventh Ear, an improvising trio led by SoCal-via-Chicago guitarist Andre Caporaso featuring bassist Thomas Hamasu and drummer Breeze Smith.
